Tone & Associates Staff - water wastewater product representatives

Bill entered the water works industry in 1967 and worked in sales, marketing and senior management at Neptune Meter Company, B & H Sales, Ethyl Pipe Company, CertainTeed Corporation, and Condux Pipe System.

In January 1990 he formed Tone & Associates, Inc. to service the water works market in Florida.

Paulette started in the water industry in 1978 and has had over 23 years of management & hands-on field experience throughout the US and Canada. In 1986 Paulette joined North Star PVC as Service Center Manager and later worked in the field as the Regional Manager for the northern United States.

Paulette’s primary responsibilities are general operations, administration and customer service.

Ron Stepanovich

Mike Redman

Ron came to our firm in 2001 after four years experience in water works distribution. His background, which includes experience in inventory, take-offs, quotations and customer service, is a valuable asset to his customers.

Ron and his family live in Winter Park, Florida and he covers our Orlando to Jacksonville territory.

Mike has a wealth of experience gained from over 39 years in the water industry working as General Manager for Hydra Stop, consulting to municipalities, contractors and engineers on line stopping and valve insertion. Mike worked for H.S.I. Network Sciences offering GIS, GPS support for asset management software for utilities. He was District Manager and National Accounts manager for Ford Meter Box and he has sold and managed complete meter change out programs, installing AMR systems on Neptune water meters. Mike has developed several patents on valve & hydrant exercising and location equipment and software. Mike is responsible for all Tone & Associates sales and service of line stop equipment, fittings, and Advanced Valve Technologies valve insertion equipment in Florida. For waterworks sales Mike will cover the territory of Manatee County south to Collier on the west coast and Broward south on the east coast for Florida. Mike is a member of AWWA and ASCE”

Larry Haydon

Jayne Orsi

Larry Haydon has been in the waterworks for most of his business carrier. He started years ago with Hersey Meters in the Service Division working on the large meter in the field. In the mid 80s’ Larry was he National Sales Manager for Precession Meter and later a sales representative for B & H Sales and Water Products Company.

Larry owns his own company, Valves Services, that repairs and services valve actuators. His company also sells thermal plastic welding equipment and trains and certifies fabricators and welders for AGRU. Larry is responsible for the sales and service of HURCO Technologies Spin Doctor Valve & Vac valve exercising equipment in Florida and south Georgia` and south Alabama.

Jayne joined our firm in 2004 with a background in customer service, outside sales and recruiting over a 10 year period working in media sales and the health care industry. Her work experience positions her well to run our customer service department.

Since this firm was established it has grown to include six full-time employees serving the 56+ water works distribution branches and the major municipal and private utilities and service companies in Florida.
