     Founded in 1990, Tone & Associates has always been involved in solving problems in the water and wastewater industry for all the utilities and agencies in Florida with products and services from major manufactures. Today, Tone & Associates represents more then 17 major manufacturers that produce over 10,000 products and services used in the underground construction and utility industry.

      We are looking for 14 Regional Managers to join our team of professionals. Our Regional managers fill established territories that correspond to the 14 Regions within the Florida Section of the American Water Works Association (FSAWWA) and the Florida Pollution Control Operators Association (FPCOA).       Tone & Associates’ Regional Managers use their knowledge earned during a carrier in the water and/or wastewater industry to continuously help local utilities and agencies solve problems and improve their systems. All the technical training you need, support by product specialist, professional customer service representatives, central on-line information systems, and more is available.

Our Team Concept

           Everyone in our firm works as team to give the best possible service to our customers. We share the common belief that everyone benefits if we help each other reach the common goal of improved service for our customers. Our Product Specialists have extensive knowledge about specific products and assist the Regional Managers present these products in their territories. We attend the National AWWA and WFTEC conventions and we display at the FLAWWA fall conference and FAWWA/FPCOA Joint Conference in the spring and other trade shows throughout the year.  We are all intra-connected via cell phone and the internet 24/7; not only to the office, but also to each other and to our manufacturers. We share the firm’s Management Information System, a common Company Contact List containing customer and manufacturers’ information, Company Calendar and the Customers Service Center. Compensation packages are structured so everyone benefits from the total effort of the team. Our strategy is to focus on the needs of our customers and the manufacturer’s we represent.

Territory & Hours

       Each Regional Manager works an area that roughly corresponds to one of Regions in the FLAWWA or the FPCOA. Regional Managers develop specifications, offer products and services to solve the needs of the local utilities in their region. Tone & Associates has a team of trained Product Specialists ready to assist in the Regional Managers design solutions using our products and services; these Product Specialists help in the presentation of products and provide field support and training.

      Work out of your home. Regional Managers don’t need to develop an office staff or administrative support; we already have all of that for you. We support your office needs with a team of in-office trained customer service representatives in the Valrico office outside of Tampa. Communication support includes: your own lap top computer, 24 hour internet access to our central office computer in order to maintain current your files, calendar, address book, develop quotations or download technical information. With your cell phone, you join the whole company for immediate and unlimited communications.

      Set your own hours. Work a minimum of 24 hours a week and you can earn significant supplemental income to increase your retirement. Build on the income that’s already established in each region. The only required travel will be to trade shows or sales meetings. It’s up to you how many hours above the 24 a week you work; the more you work the more commission income you will earn.
